All in all pretty seamless. Edon did a good job with the assistance of Randy. Two minor surprises. One...during our initial visit we were told by Randy that new car purchases qualified for 3 complimentary assistance of Randy. Two minor surprises. (We bought the last new 2020 on the lot) Also Edon shared he was putting gas in the vehicle before we left. We assumed he was filling the tank, but we looked when we left and it was only full to 3/4 of a tank. We didn’t clarify, but that was a little disappointing. Lastly the finance dept. was under-staffed for the closing, so it took longer than expected, but Randy and the team apologized for the inconvenience More
