It's nice when you can walk into a dealership where you have already established a relationship with the staff and they make you feel right at home. Ryan is very knowledgeable about what he does and made us feel like family. He had the vehicle ready for us to test-drive when we got there. Once we decided it was what we wanted, the process was quick and easy. The staff stayed 2 hours after closing to finish the sale of our new vehicle. I can't say how much we appreciate that! Really a great experience all-around. We'll be back to work with Ryan when the time comes! More

Accommodating and friendly. Researched several vehicles on the internet before going to the dealerships. Several dealers advertised prices after rebates and discounts, Sheboygan Researched several vehicles on the internet before going to the dealerships. Several dealers advertised prices after rebates and discounts, Sheboygan Chrysler was the only one that held true to their advertising. Sean Fawcett was extremely friendly and worked with us to give us the price they advertised. Other dealers pulled the bait and switch, trying to explain why they couldn't give us the price I printed off their websites. Was a very refreshing and pleasant experience at Sheboygan Chrysler, would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

Incredible buying experience Let me start by saying Sean Fawcett is BEYOND incredible. We came to Sheboygan Chrysler Center on a whim after having a TERRIBLE experience at another Let me start by saying Sean Fawcett is BEYOND incredible. We came to Sheboygan Chrysler Center on a whim after having a TERRIBLE experience at another dealership (Van Horn Nissan if you’re wondering where NOT to go). We came in with low expectations after that previous experience. We were greeted at the door with a smile by Sean and we instantly knew it was going to a different experience. He sat down and truly listened to us. He ran our options and ended up showing how awesome leasing can be; something we hadn’t previously thought about. We left with a brand new 2019 Ram, something that seemed out of out of reach before but leading made it a whole new reality. Everyone at the dealership was beyond kind, we never once felt like we were just being SOLD a car. The amount they gave us on trade in was incredible and we are so lucky we just happened to stop in. Sean had us laughing and chatting like we were old friends. We will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else. Sean, thank you beyond words for showing us that car buying doesn’t have to be a pain in the butt. More
