From when I started just going over what some of my options were several months back to the short notice purchase I made due to unexpected loss of my other vehicle, Morgan was committed to assisting me with finding exactly what I wanted and going above and beyond to answer all my questions. Even upon closing the deal, she took the time to go over all the features my new vehicle came with(and theres enough of them!) I could not be more satisfied with the service she provided and seeing I got into the best value truck for me personally. Randy S and Leah W were very good to work with as well through the whole process of dotting the i's and crossing the t's. Great experience! I found the Dodge Grand Caravan I was interested in online and contacted Sheboygan Auto to set up a Saturday appointment to see it (since I am not fro I found the Dodge Grand Caravan I was interested in online and contacted Sheboygan Auto to set up a Saturday appointment to see it (since I am not from the area). Ryan was the rep we met with. When we got there, he already had the van pulled into the bay so we could look at it out the the cold, which was awesome! We ended up purchasing the vehicle (which was quick and easy, even with financing). When we got home, I realized my kid's favorite CD was forgotten in the CD player of the car I traded in when we were moving stuff over!!! I contacted Ryan right away, hoping he would be able to get it for me. He was and mailed it to me so I didn't have to drive all the way back! Thanks for the great customer service, Ryan! More
