First and last time with Sheboygan auto! I bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee back in January and had the worst experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle and Sheboygan Chrysler! Sales person was good till I went to pick up the car and finish up finance. When I got there he never once went threw any info on the car only talked about his self and what he did threw out the day! Like I care at all! Got done with finance and sales guy comes back and tells me the suv is in the garage and have a good night lol I said please show me the car. Felt like I was being a bother. Never heard from the sales guy since the sale! Also he told me car comes with full tank of gas which was false. Also said came with 2 years of maintenance which was false only thing the sales manger did was pay for the gas and said idk why your salesman told you that you must of missed understand him lol. Not a fan of how they took care off me! Will never go back. More

SCAMMERS I own a Chrysler, thinking that I made the best move by taking my car to the dealership to help me pass emissions, that never happened. They never fix I own a Chrysler, thinking that I made the best move by taking my car to the dealership to help me pass emissions, that never happened. They never fixed my issue. I originally had my check engine light off when I first took it to them with my failed emissions papers saying my check engine light was not on with two other codes present. They fixed all the other codes first and did not fix the main problem that prevented me from passing emissions, which was my check engine light. No matter if all codes was fixed I still failed due to my check engine light NOT being visible. I could NOT get a year extension with OPUS because of this issue. Negligence and no one wants to take responsibility. The manager made a claim (comment) that I wanted them to pay for my cluster. I NEVER said no such thing...All I wanted for someone to take responsibility about not correcting the main issue in the beginning and then we could have fixed other codes. There also was a "lie-comment" that was made in the vehicle "after work" reports; in their owns words that I told them "My check engine was on." My check engine light was NEVER on at ALL. I had to call the Chrysler Manufacturer in Michigan to help me find my cluster (I went a different route) because the dealership here told me that they don't do after market parts, but was going to find me a used cluster and was attempting to charge me like it was a new Cluster price. Dead Wrong. I'm so done with them. I will NEVER EVER go back here. I've been dealing with them since Oct of 2018 until now. What a shame and a scam in my own opinion. More

Fast and got what I ask for!!! Wanted a newer model of what I was driving, wich they didn't had and within couple days got what I ask for. Great until the actual purchase I had a really great experience working with Sheboygan Chrysler until I had actually decided to buy the car. Once I had decided this, they said they would clean the car, put air in the tires, etc. and none of that happened. The only "cleaning" that happened was to take the sticker off of the windshield. It was a little disappointing after all of the great service I had received prior. More

A Dealership with a great vibe Living in Milwaukee, I found the perfect car for myself in Sheboygan. I hoped it would be worth the trip. It was! The atmosphere in the dealership and the friendly staff gave off a good vibe immediately. Our sales person, Zack, made this the most relaxed, fun, sales exerience ever. The staff works on salary so no high pressure tactics involved. His knowledge of the vehicle answered all our questions. Since the car hadn't been detailed, Zack offered to drive it to Milwaukee after completion. Perfect! He arrived on time and made the handing over of the keys a feeling of accomplishment for me.
