The entire experience was very quick, professional and overall fairly easy. We got the price point we wanted, an awesome vehicle and drove off in less than 2 hours from start to finish. Love my new 2011 Dodge Avenger!! After purchasing, noticed a few things that needed attention and Tyler made sure that everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I am a long term costomer. Customer service has always been excellent. Quialtiy of work is allways about safty and to keep my cars and trucks running as long as possible. I have enjoy coming to the dealer ship over the years I know most of the people there. we talk about family. tell jokes and just enjoy the visit. I have been there meny times just to visit. Everyone takes the time and never pushs you or gives you the empression there to busy. Prices are in line with the market. I like to work on them with a counter offer some times it works some times it don,t. But lets face the fact that it does not matter if the price is 50,000.00 or 2500.00. If I am happy with the buyer price and the dealer is happy with the selling price. The deal is done. More

Shisseng spent a lot of time with us researching vehicles we had questions about and he willingly let us take more than one vehicle for a test drive. Shane saved me from almost leaving the lot without purchasing a vehicle. I had been at the dealership ALL morning working with a different associate, Leah on a gauranteed credit loan. I was so fruster purchasing a vehicle. I had been at the dealership ALL morning working with a different associate, Leah on a gauranteed credit loan. I was so frusterated with the way it was you can only be approved this car or that car, none of which I had ever seen let alone heard of. I had asked her about trying a regular loan with a cosigner, she filled it out and then told me I wasn't approved, and that I could only get a loan from her, a credit gauranteed loan. I was about to leave but out of curiousity looked at one of the cars on her list. Shane Bode, at that time was to pull the car up for me to see. I wasn't happy with the car and told him about the car I intially came there to purchase. Shane listened to me. He understood I wasn't going to buy a car I didn't want. And within an hour, he had my regula loan with that same cosigner approved. So, I made the purchase. I left there SO THANKFUL for Shane helping me to buy the car I wanted and not forcing any other cars on me. Shane truly listenes to the customer, and therefor gets the sale!! More
