Randy and staff are by far the best "Team" I have ever worked with and that is why I have purchased my last 4 vehicles at the Sheboygan dealership. My husband and I did not recieve good service from a competitor, so we were leary about checking out another dealership in the area, but knew instantly after speaking to Shisseng over the phone that it competitor, so we were leary about checking out another dealership in the area, but knew instantly after speaking to Shisseng over the phone that it was worth our time to drive to Sheboygan and check out a vehicle. Shisseng was supposed to leave for the day at 5 pm, but went out of his way to stay to accomodate our work schedules. He ended up being there with us until 8:30. That alone spoke volumes to us. He was very friendly and honest and answered all of our questions. We would definately purchase another vehicle with him in the future. The manager that we met (cannot remember his name) was able to negociate a better trade price for us and we greatly appreciated that. We also were very happy with the finance person that we met with. I believe his name was Timothy. He was very personable and down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. Sheboygan Chrysler Center deserves all 5's accross the board. We were extremely satisfied with their customer service and have been telling all of our friends about them. More
