Once again I went to VanHorn, but this time the outcome was just the opposite,so I was happy to buy my new Dodge Ram f they made a much better offer. My wife and I purchased a new 2013 Dodge Durango Crew. Everyone was friendly and helpful- especially to our children as their excitement turned to boredom as we completed all of the paperwork, etc, The entire staff was wonderful to include Tim Hill who finished out the transaction for us. Shisseng followed through on our deal to have a DVD entertainement system installed and a free detail completed after the installation. The dealership provided me with brand new vehicles as loaners while the work was being completed on two occasions. I would recommend both the dealer and Shisseng! More
