My wife and I have purchased three vehicles from Sheboygan Chrysler over the last 10 years. Two of them have been from Shisseng. You can’t say enough about a car dealership that wouldn’t sell something they themselves would not buy. In a couple years, when we are ready to trade in my Jeep, we will call on Shisseng. More

We purchased a Dodge Grand Voyager. Van was good during test drive. However once we got it home we have had problems with it ever since. Thermostat was first to go. It was gone on the way home. It would blow hot air if you kept vehicle below 25 mph. Once we got on the highway it blew out all cold air. I contacted Sheboygan Chrysler. They advised me to send receipt and they would reimburse me. I sent in receipt that day. Have not heard anything from them. Not even a payment. Stupid me, I sent the original receipt in without making a copy. We have purchased many vehicles before in the past from other dealerships and have not had any problems with the vehicles. For example, I have a 2003 Buick, not one problem in the first six years. It was used. I purchased in 2004 and it had 19000 miles on it already. Same with my wife, she had a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager, purchased used and not one problem for the first five years. I could go on and on, but i am not going to. I keep getting asked to rate this dealership, I give them a bad rating for this reason. However I do not hear anything about all these problems. Even though I keep bringing them up. I would not recommend this dealership and definitely will not be going back. More
