I am sure you know that dealing with someone you feel you can trust is extremely important in car buying. I do not enjoy the process - wish the cars would last forever :) but because of our history with Randy I think he is giving me as good a deal as he can. In this situation it was fun to have him be excited to surprise Laura - my wife - with the new car - and then to follow up with her about how she liked it and any questions she had. - We still haven't figured out some of the voice activated stuff but know he will help us when we get a chance to get into see him. Tim and Joe both were able to have the truck inspected and ready for me within a week. They also made me aware of some minor repairs and services that were needed on truck. They and the service team at Sheboygan Chrysler repaired and serviced all needed issues before I let the lot. I walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I felt Tim was pushy and over eager. He insulted my daughter and made me feel like I was 'odd' because I was consulting with her before m to spend. I felt Tim was pushy and over eager. He also told me my new car had Uconnect which was a huge selling point, only to find out AFTER I purchased it, that is does not. All Dodge stereo plates after 09 have the Uconnect button, that does NOT mean the vehicle has it. The salesman should have know that, and that leads me to believe he lied to me to get the sale. When I called back the next day to ask him about this he said, oh I'm sorry bring it in, it is just a "download". I talked to the service dept. it is NOT just a download, it is $400 dollars!!!!!!! During the test drive I also commented on how the steering wheel pulled to one side, and he said that is because the road is "slanted". Well, that was a bunch a crap too, unless every road in Sheboygan is slanted. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. More

My husband and I just bought a used Pacifica yesterday! Mike Wolf was VERY, VERY patient with me over a few months to find the RIGHT car for me. He helped me by listening to what I wanted and need and found some cars the fit into my wants and needs. I drove several over time and finally found the ONE that fit me and our budget! While Mike was busy Sean helped us. We pointed out that there was nicks in the windshield and explained what happened before and he was able to make a deal with us that was acceptable to us. (Even though we laughed at it afterwards!) Timothy was a help in finding finacing for us. He was even able to beat what our bank was going to give us! It pays to go through him then the banks fight over you. When I drove off the lot with the new to me car, it started steaming. We went back and they took a look at it right a way! It was just water under the hood from the car wash earlier in the day. It went away went it was ran more and they fixed the light out right away! This is our 3rd time buying from here and I would do it again! We were even able to give the old key back to them on the same ring with paper tag that we got from when we bought our van! How many can do that? More
