In this situation it was fun to have him be excited to surprise Laura - my wife - with the new car - and then to follow up with her about how she liked it and any questions she had. - We still haven't figured out some of the voice activated stuff but know he will help us when we get a chance to get into see him. I walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I felt Tim was pushy and over eager. He insulted my daughter and made me feel like I was 'odd' because I was consulting with her before m to spend. I felt Tim was pushy and over eager. He insulted my daughter and made me feel like I was 'odd' because I was consulting with her before making this choice. He told me he never met anyone who took so long to make a decision. He also told me my new car had Uconnect which was a huge selling point, only to find out AFTER I purchased it, that is does not. All Dodge stereo plates after 09 have the Uconnect button, that does NOT mean the vehicle has it. The salesman should have know that, and that leads me to believe he lied to me to get the sale. When I called back the next day to ask him about this he said, oh I'm sorry bring it in, it is just a "download". I talked to the service dept. it is NOT just a download, it is $400 dollars!!!!!!! During the test drive I also commented on how the steering wheel pulled to one side, and he said that is because the road is "slanted". Well, that was a bunch a crap too, unless every road in Sheboygan is slanted. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. More
