I went to Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking for an SUV with 3rd row seating. I went back to look again a few weeks later, and Nick showed me a 2013 Dodge Journey that I fell in love with instantly! He answered all of my questions, was very patient with my concerns and didn't try pushing me into a vehicle before I was ready. I have purchased other vehicles from this dealership and have also had them do work on vehicles for me. They have always done amazing work and their entire staff is always polite and helpful. I initially contacted them via the dealers instant chat on their website. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and then I was contacted by Brad Nelson with a quote on the value of the car I would b on their website. The trade in quote they gave me was more than I received from other dealers so we decided to make the drive from Green Bay to Sheboygan to look at the car. On the way down I called Brad to confirm that we were on our way down. When we arrived Jennifer Weber was waiting for us and the vehicle had been pulled inside to warm up (it was about 20 below with the wind chill). That was such a nice touch! We liked the car, they gave me what they quoted me for a trade in value and Leah got us a great interest rate. Jennifer Weber was very accomodating and friendly as were all of the people that we dealt with at the dealership. My original internet contact was with Sharon Zielke who took the time to introduce herself once we got there as did Brad Nelson who quoted me on the trade in allowance. I will definetly go back to Sheboygan Chrysler next time I need a vehicle. More

Amy was very friendly, willing to help in anyway, great listener and a great person to work with. When there were not photos uploaded yet she went above and beyond to send them directly to me. Sheboygan Jeep and Randy specifically were recommended to me by other Jeep owner in the Jeep forum. I am from Milwaukee, Wi ,but have decided to give them a chance along with other local dealers. We have exchanged a few e-mails and I was ready to order the Jeep. He has offered the best price and the best service. He has actually answered to my e-mails during his day off!!!!!!!!!! I have met Randy in person for a first time when we went to pick-up the Jeep. He had everything ready for us. We did the paperwork and finance with Timothy. The finance received was exactly what we were asking for. At the end Scott was the one making sure we completely understand all the vehicle futures before we will drive it home. This was my first car buying experience at Sheboygan Chrysler and will definitely not be my last. I have purchased several cars in the past and have always felt pressured into making a buying decision, Chrysler and will definitely not be my last. I have purchased several cars in the past and have always felt pressured into making a buying decision, or made to feel as though I was bothering the salesperson with too many questions. Nothing could be further from the truth from the team at Sheboygan Chrysler! From the minute my wife and I pulled into the parking lot and were greeted warmly and sincerely by Amy (not to mention that the dealership was closing in 25 minutes), we both felt more at ease and confident about our decision to drive from Brookfield to purchase a newly used vehicle from Sheboygan Chrysler. Amy never rushed us and allowed us to take our time in going over the vehicle, road testing it and spending time "playing with" the amazing technology this car offered, even though her son was waiting for her patiently to get home from work. Not only was Amy so friendly and accommodating, but Randy and Leah were also as accommodating and friendly; each of them staying 2 1/2 hours after the dealership closed just to not inconvenience us having to drive back to Sheboygan the next day to complete the sale. I could not be more thrilled with our decision to drive to Sheboygan to make this amazing purchase. Thanks again Amy, Randy and Leah for making this the BEST car buying experience in my life. I had great customer service with the salesman Tim Heinen and Timothy whom I signed papers with. However the day I came to van shop I approached the front desk and let the lady there know that I had been ema and Timothy whom I signed papers with. However the day I came to van shop I approached the front desk and let the lady there know that I had been emailing with a man by the name of steve and that he asked me to stop in and he would hook my up with a salesman. She called a Steve, whom I think was the incorrect Steve, got off of the phone. looked at a man about 20 ft away and said these exact words " He said anyone can take her , so you can just have her." I never caught the womans name but she had blonde hair. I was like wow! terrible customer service. I thought to myself this salesman best be nice or I will walk out of here after knowing how I was just treated. Thankfully TIm was very nice and respectful to my husband and I. I think this woman needs to take classes on customer service. I feel she could have been better by stating . Please have a seat in our lounge and someone will be with you shortly , or, Thanks for waiting , Tim is available and will help you. This is our second time buying from your dealership and I would come back again. I work in customer service and would never say something like that to my customer. My husband is a successful businessman and runs his business on honesy and trust , he would never treat a customer the way she treated me. So as a businees owner I wanted to let you know how your staff memeber treated a repeat customer of yours in hopes that she takes some customer service classes to improve herself!
