Both times Jennifer Weber has done a great job and shown a lot of patience in working with me to walk through all the options available to deliver the car I wanted. Despite the fact there's a Dodge dealership two miles from my house, I have gladly driven 60 miles to work with the Sheboygan dealership and encourage everyone I know to give them a call when in the market for their next vehicle. I had not purchased (or, indeed, driven) any sort of motor powered vehicle for many, many years and having had found myself once again in need of a vehicle, Steve and the Internet team were instrumental in clearing the underbrush (price, finanancing, etc...) and piquing my intest in the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Hat tip folks and thank you. A second shout out to Tim Hill, the finance manger who swiftly, efficeintly and capably dealt with he mountains of paperwork necessary to establish financing for the vehicle. Tim explained everything throughly, taking the time to ensure that I understood every document placed before me and eliciting questions without pressuring me to purchase any extras other than those absolutely necessary. Tim is a man who understands and appreciates the constraints of a budget, and seeks only to meet or exceed a customer's expectations without lining his own pockets. A hat tip to Tim and a thank you, big, big. Needless to say, as basically a first time purchaser and (since I am striving for honesty here) having been an anti-car, anti-driving zealot for nearly 20 years, I was more than apprehensive about any sort of purchasing experience. Actually, "apprehensive" is too tame a word: I was terrified! Throughout the long, late-afternoon, after work drive up to the dealership my mind reeled; calling forth every cliched notion of car-sales people and struggling to recall what little knowledge I had picked up in law school concerning "lemon laws" and remedies for having been duped. All that and a good portion of my terror (a worrier by nature, a gift from my sainted mother) vanished upon meeting Joel Hammen. Meeting my wife and I at the door, Joel immediately put me (us) at ease with his sunny attitude and affable nature. Joel's straight-forward, no drama, no pressure manner immediately destroyed every cliche that had raced through my mind. Joel easily established credibility with me by answering my questions knowledgeably, accurately and quickly: always taking the time and making the extra effort to make sure I understood what he was saying. Throughout our discussions, Joel's encyclodic knowledge of the vehicle and the process, his natural grace and vibrant humor and the time he took to ascertain complete understanding of what I was getting into, not only allayed my fears, but also established a standard of professional excellence rarely encountered in this world of online ordering, drone delivered instant gratification. Joel even recommended an outstanding local pub where my wife and I had a time and a meal we not soon forgt. A tip of the hat, a ring of the bell and a heartfelt thank you bigger than big, big to Joel. Bo Derek rules!!! Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience. I would recommend Sheboygan Chrysler et. al. to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Bye the way, I absolutely love the car. It is very clean, very well appointed and very fun to drive. Timothy Hill was a pleasure to work with on financing and his quick wit made everything so fun. He seems to truly enjoy his job, and his creative visuals were impressive. Brad Nelson rounded out the team and impressed us with the extra time he took making sure we were pleased with everything and that all our questions were answered. WILLING TO MAKE IT WORK Found the exact Grand Caravan SXT vehicle we liked on the internet. Drove 45 miles to check it out. Sales consultant Jake Mauer greeted us on the lot. There was a misty rain so He brought it into the service drive to let us check it out and go over the features. Next a road test. We worked out a trade and drove out of the dealership the same day in our new vehicle. Thanks to the team work of Jake, Randy ,Brad and Timothy. I would recommend this group to anyone. More

I contacted R Preface: This review will cover the pre-sale and sale of my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland I purchased from Randy on 11/1/2015. I contacted Randy late September to inquire about a factory order at a price that was not obtainable anywhere in Des Moines, IA. I was given the price by an online acquaintance and after I provided eligibility requirements, Randy honored the pricing I requested. Everything was straight-forward from then on. Randy went over the factory order process and did not try to upsell me on the Advanced Technology package even though I asked about it. I was then provided an order to monitor the build process. After I got a delivery date, I confirmed with Randy one last time the final pricing as I would be providing my own financing. Fortunately the pricing adjusted downwards since I came across a $500 rebate Chrysler was offering. I told Randy I would be renting a car one way and he kindly agreed to pick me up at the rental center down the road. Randy drove me back to the dealer, and I completed the remaining paperwork. I provided a cashier check with the amount Randy stated, no discrepancies even after Chrysler rebate. I declined the extended warranty (service contract) as I was mainly interested in a Mopar extended service contract only. The business manager was not pushy with this decision at all. Joel from the dealer gave me an expedited overview (requested) of the most notable features on the vehicle. After a parting gift from Randy we made our way back home. This is my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I really have no complaints. I hope not to have any major issues with this vehicle, but I am confident Randy will take care of me if by chance it happens. I will definitely be giving Randy first stab at any of my future business. Thanks Randy! More

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Recently we purchased a 2001 Chrysler Sebring from Sheboygan Chrysler’s Sales agent John Granacker. The moment we drove onto the lot we were treated with respect and kindness. We test drove the car and knew this was the vehicle for us. The next week we were ready to purchase! My husband works in Sheboygan and we live in Glenbeulah so I was going to meet him at the dealership to sign the papers, unfortunately, my ride cancelled on me so I had no way to get to Sheboygan. Joe Cardarelle; Credit Acceptance Manager, offered to come pick me up! SWEET! He came and got me in our Sebring, I drove it back, (nice ride, except the brakes were a little bumpy, which I mentioned to Joe) As we were signing the papers w/ John, Joe popped in and told John that the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, (while I was gabbing and enjoying my car on the way into Sheboygan, unbeknownst to me, Joe had tried the air conditioner and was not satisfied with the performance!) So after the purchase John introduced us to Josh Burnard, Service Consultant, who said he would order the part and let us know when it was in. The part came in weeks later (because of the age of the car it was harder to find) I mentioned the breaks when I set the appointment for the air conditioner switch and he said they would have a look. When took the car in, they replaced the switch, emission tested the car (it passed, of course) and looked at the breaks, Josh said it would take about an hour and a half to fix the breaks; I did not have time that day, so set another appointment for repair of the breaks. On that visit I mentioned the back window defrost did not seem to be working. In addition to repairing the breaks, Josh also had the technician repair the back window defrost, all at no additional charge to us. From the time we walked onto the lot on July 29, 2014 to this last time I drove my beautiful, “mint” condition Sebring home, September 17, 2014, we have had nothing but GREAT service from this team! We highly recommend this dealership! More
