Very Professional and Friendly I started looking for a specific vehicle over six months ago. I went to multiple dealerships from Green Bay to Milwaukee to find the exact vehicle I w I started looking for a specific vehicle over six months ago. I went to multiple dealerships from Green Bay to Milwaukee to find the exact vehicle I was searching for. I stopped at Sheboygan Chrysler in January and spoke with Chad. Let him know what I was looking for and gave him my information. While other dealerships I visited tried to push me into a different vehicle than I wanted, Chad kept emailing me and calling me, maybe once a month to see if there was anything he could do to help me. Finally, the time came when I did enough research and figured out the exact options and budget I wanted to be in. I let Chad know and he invited me down to take a test drive in, what he thought would be the perfect vehicle for me. It turned out...it was the perfect vehicle! He, and his finance team, were able to fit it in my budget. They were completely professional and not at all pushy...unlike some of the other dealerships I had dealt with. I really appreciate his patience and help. And would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to contact him! More

Chad was very patient with us, as we didn't even arrive until a few minutes before close. Overall it was a great experience and we love our new Hemi! (He was also great with my daughter as he entertained her while we signed the paperwork) He's been very responsive to emails since we purchased the vehicle and I would definitely make the trip to see them again! No pressure, full of insight and truly helpful On a pleasant Friday I stopped by this Ram dealer as I happen to notice they were one to have the 3500 with the 6 speed manual transmission. Immediately upon driving to the truck, I already noticed the sales person walking towards me in the farest corner of the lot. Quickly exchanged names, meeting Dan, I explained the purpose of my visit. I noticed mt tire was low, Dan did a quick fill of air in my low tire, and we headed inside to talk details. Quickly I was outside getting a full presentation of the truck I was wondering about. Dan answered every question and topic that could be covered. I learned more then I thought I could within a few minutes. Then we headed out for a ride. Getting a quick feel and understanding of this new Goliath of a truck, we were cursing and getting a true feel for a quality product that is only experienced by having it in your own hands. Beautifully designed and built for a serious work truck, but additional luxury for the best in visual appeal. For a near four ton truck it stopped quickly and efficiently in traffic and lights. I got a idea of what I would expect from real world experience and knowledge to make sure I was completely confident in my decision. Upon getting back into the dealership and talking numbers, I had a desire to experience the automatic transmission and how much the additional torque played out and felt. Simply asked and we walked to get the key and we were on the road. I can not be sure if the truck I drove had the Aisin Transmission, and though it was a small difference in the power and specifications, I received the necessary information I wanted. We talked about the payload capacity being best with the manual transmission but towing being best with the Aisin transmission. It was very enjoyable to talk with Dan on our test drives, very great personality and customer satisfaction. I had a very negative experience with a salesperson before at another dealership. But with Dan at Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I can say I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I was immediately taken care of, assured of my choices and options. My question was addressed and when he did leave his desk it was very brief and had a good answer when he returned. He doesn't try to sell any vehicle, he helps you find your next vehicle that you want and just wants to inform you of anything that is included. No promise to buy or incentive to pressure you. I would recommend him and this dealer to anyone who wants a vehicle from one of their respective companies. More

I came into this dealership and was immediately paired with Chad Shaw, who took the time to understand my needs, showed me what I was looking for, obtained a very fair price for me and then filled out the necessary paperwork. It was hassle free and anxiety free. I felt I was treated with respect and dignity as they led me through a very easy purchasing process. Even though this dealership is about an hour from my home, I would go back there for another purchase. Chad was professional and courteous and sought to make sure my auto related needs were well addressed throughout the process. The finance process was flawless as well. Anyone with auto buying anxiety should check them first. After the process was over, I concluded these were people I could trust and easily do business with again. If anyone knows me, it is highly out of character for me to write a favorable review of an auto dealer and my salesman, solely because of many past negative experiences.
