Dory Drake made my time spent buying my Jeep C I had a fantastic car buying experience and it started with the amazing salesperson that I dealt with. Dory Drake made my time spent buying my Jeep Cherokee absolutely enjoyable and seamless. She worked to get me the best price possible. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. Everybody at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them again and would recommend it to others. More

horrible horrible manager I bought a 2015 car and when I drove off the lot my car started to idle and shake and the check engine light came on. I came back and he could care le I bought a 2015 car and when I drove off the lot my car started to idle and shake and the check engine light came on. I came back and he could care less that something happened since "it's my problem now". I have had problems with this car since then and am currently going through lemon law and won. I have a newborn son and something could of happened to us since it stalled on the highway. All that could of been avoided if he actually cared but why would he I just put $10k down on this car. Worst human being ever deserves to be fired. More

Not only did he help me understand all of my options (leasing v buying) but he made sure I didn't buy a car that I couldn't afford. He was friendly and didn't pressure me to make a decision quickly. He also sold me a car from the Chevrolet side of the lot because it was my best option, which I feel a lot of dealerships wouldn't do happily. Highly reccommend!!! More

That is just awesome service and it is why I purchased another 2015 Dodge Dart from him and Sheboygan Chrysler. Everyone at Sheboygan Chrysler was extremely great to deal with and when I went to pick up my new Dart today, some other sales staff members also asked me how I was doing after the accident. Very Satisfied Morgan Jackson was a phenomenal sales person during my two visits. I made her aware I disliked generic salesmen talk and tactics. Morgan responded by never pressuring me and sharing insightful stories and experiences. We got along comfortably. My finances weren't the greatest, but Morgan stayed tenacious after my first disappointing visit. I wasn't thrilled with the finance department both visits, as I was a dollar sign to most, but I understand this is a business and it is what it is. I decided to purchase my vehicle solely on Morgan's frank talk, hard work, and understanding of my frustrations. It was a very 'real' experience and I hope the dealership realizes traditional sales tactics is a bore and we know better. Morgan was a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend dealing with her.
