This is my first new car purchase (traded in a used older car) and though I went in not knowing a lot, came out with options and knowledge about purchasing vs. leasing (make sure you ask a lot of questions! Come prepared!!). I didn't feel pressure to leave the lot with a car; even took home the purchasing agreement so that I could think things over. Came back a second time; expressed my concerns and budget restraints and they still were able to work with me. Jake was super helpful; personable and experienced. I feel like they will be available if I ever need them in the future. I love my new Jeep Renegade Latitude!! Thanks Jake for everything!! One last note: The front desk older woman needs to smile. Every time I come in to the front desk to inquire about anything or ask for my sales person, she is intimidating. A smile can work wonders in customer service. :) More
