One thing that was a tad disconcerting is that we were cash customers and went to lengths to submit paperwork and payment back in a timely manner. It seemed it was then that the finance department there took quite some time to process a payment, when it only involved a phone call. It then took over a week to arrange for delivery. A money order for payment in full should not take but a day to process and approve. Jake and the jeep did arrive and we were very satisfied with our purchase. It was exactly what we were looking for. Best Experience I ever had not buying a car I hate car shopping. But in this case, it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership, even though I didn't buy a car. Morgan Jackson is know I hate car shopping. But in this case, it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership, even though I didn't buy a car. Morgan Jackson is knowledgeable, professional, personable and friendly, and the only reason I didn't buy was the dealership didn't have the particular make and model I sought and I was too impatient to wait for them to find one, which they immediately offered to do. As I said, I don't like car shopping, so I want to get it over with as quickly and efficiently a possible, no waiting. However, their no-pressure approach, using non-commissioned sales associates, who take time to ask questions and then actually listen before making suggestions or trying to steer me into something they "have" instead of something I wanted, created a very comfortable environment for me as the customer. For these reasons, I would gladly recommend Morgan and this dealership and most certainly will consider them on future purchases. Thanks Morgan! I guess I don't hate car shopping anymore. Evin G.
