This allowed us to start the shopping conversation on the same page with the same goals in mind. She established an honest line of communication between ourselves and the dealership. 3) The price of the vehicle we purchased was extremely competitive, and we were offered a good price on our trade; there was no haggling required. 4) There was no intense pressure to up-sell dealer add-ons, since the associates do not work on commission. 5) The certified warranty offered on our used vehicle was far better than what we had found at neighboring dealerships (extended years and mileage powertrain warranty). First class integrity. About a month ago, I purchased an inexpensive used car from Sheb. Chrysler for my son who just turned 16. After a few weeks, we noticed that one of the windshield wiper arms was not working. Honestly, I don't know if it was working when we purchased the car or not, but when we had the wiper transition replaced to correct the situation, Sheb. Chrysler did not charge us for the part or the labor related to the repair. This was an old high mileage car that we purchased, but they impressed me with their integrity by fixing it when it may not have been their responsibility. I didn't even bring the relatively recent purchase up in the process. More

He called me to give me an additional discount after it was freshly announced after the car was purchased but I had not completed the paperwork. He didn't have to do that. Mr. Swihart knew I had a narrow budget and met me half way. Tim Hill got the paperwork done pronto and accurately, even if he is a San Diego Chargers fan. Great people. More
