Painless Van Purchase Morgan met me at the door when I came to check out the 2012 Caravan I'd seen on Cars.com. After a few preliminary questions, she took me out on a test drive. She is quite personable and efficient. The transaction went very smoothly. I was not planning on financing through the dealer, but Aaron Romanoski took my information and got me a quote anyway. When I went to my bank and got their rate, I then called Aaron back and he told me the rate he was able to get. Much better, so I let him arrange the financing. Shisseng took my old van in trade and the deal went through. After driving the van for a few days, I found a problem with the HVAC controls. Morgan put me in contact with Josh in service and we made an appointment to have it fixed. They made the repair at no charge to me and gave me a free loaner. Very impressive. So far, my experience with this dealership has been very positive. More
