This was my first real car buying experience and it couldn't have gone any better. Nathan was tremendously kind, professional, helpful and flexible with my needs and financial situation. He was extremely personable and so easy to talk to! I never felt pressured to make a decision, and every single one of my questions was answered. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle I purchased, and the service center had it fixed and ready to go within a few days, no questions asked. They even made sure to help me schedule a time for a chip in my windshield to be repaired. I was able to find a warranty that fit my needs, and Shisseng did an awesome job going over all the finances and making sure I had the best understanding possible. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area! More

I am writing this review to warn everyone about this dealership and how they really treat there customers. Randy swinehart is extremely unprofessional. I had a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought brand new dealership and how they really treat there customers. Randy swinehart is extremely unprofessional. I had a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought brand new from this dealership which was a big mistake. I had multiple issue with the media center that after a year could not be resolved and the dealership service department is a joke no one there is professional and have absolutely no clue what they are doing. multiple times vehicle was in for repairs and it was actually never completed but they always blamed jeep for the issue. Last time my Jeep was in for service I thought my vehicle was going to be looked at by a service tech but that was a complete lie as Randy swinehart was the one looking at my vehicle and pretty much said at this point there is nothing they can do and I am stuck with it. unless I try to go after Jeep for a manufacturer buyback or I trade the vehicle in which I did trade the 2019 Jeep in just to get a vehicle that is safe for my family. When I went to trade in my Jeep it was a complete joke Randy swinehart was extremely rude and all he wanted was the title to the vehicle and wasted 45 minutes of my time on them trying to get the title before he would give me a check. Also was rude about taking my license plate off of my vehicle for I can use it on my next vehicle that I bought at a different dealership. Funny story the title must not been much of an issue as the jeep was on their lot 3 days after trade in. They act like they care but honestly the only care about selling vehicles and not taking care of the customer and the issues that they have with a vehicle. so be aware before you buy a vehicle from Sheboygan Chrysler and get lied to multiple times. But no worries there are number one in customer service lol More
