Finally, after a 4 month search... After 4 months of searching for the perfect minivan (which pains me to say minivan), we landed on the Chrysler Pacifica. After trolling the internet After 4 months of searching for the perfect minivan (which pains me to say minivan), we landed on the Chrysler Pacifica. After trolling the internet for what seemed ever, the prices at Sheboygan Chrysler Center were thousands below what any other place was offering. I made an appointment with Chad to test drive the Pacifica, get my car appraised, and go over some numbers with purchasing and leasing. As we have 16 month old twins and one on the way, our most valuable luxury is time, which I informed Chad of prior to our visit Upon arrival, Chad had the van ready to roll, allowed us to test drive by ourselves while he orchestrated the appraisal, and when we were finished I believe my wife and I made him run more numbers than anyone.... Ever. In our defense, we helped Chad get his 10,000 steps in for the day walking back and forth to the finance department! In the end, we were offered over double for my trade in than another dealership in the area offered, a great deal in rebates, and I feel as though our every need was met. Chad was awesome and it was the first time that I feel as though I was not taken for a ride (except for the test drive). Overall, the best car buying experience I have had. Thanks. More

Our Tempo didn't run any longer, and Chad arranged for the tow truck to pick it up. The tow truck was here right on time---not even a minute late---which we very much appreciated.
