I've dealt with other dealerships in the past with not so great experiences, I'm very glad that I decided to return to this dealership. She also followed up on my request which is always appreciated. When I arrived, I met a very knowledgeable and friendly Sales Consultant, Omar Cortez, thumbs up! Next I met with the Manager, Brad Nelson, who was genuinely interested in giving me the best deal that was possible. Last, I met with Jennifer Weber, in the Finance Department, who went above and beyond to find the best interest rate for me. I have done business there in the past and will continue to. I highly recommend The Sheboygan Chrysler Center to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They are a great group of people to do business with! More

Great dealership unimpressed with salesman Dan met us in the parking lot and told us they were so busy they wouldnt get to us today. I told him we were there to buy a car and if he didn't have Dan met us in the parking lot and told us they were so busy they wouldnt get to us today. I told him we were there to buy a car and if he didn't have time we would go somewhere else. If I had been there not knowing they had the car I wanted I would have drove away right there. Once inside he kept referring to his previous customer and the expensive vehicle they bought and how they bought the extra warranty. I was very close to asking to work with someone else. He also proceeded to call my girlfriend at her place of employment to ask about getting this survey filled out. I would not recommend anyone to work with Dan as it seemed he was more worried about telling us about his other customers and telling us about them. We ended up making our final decision with the finance person and not with Dan. We do not want our picture posted anywhere. More
