Went above and beyond I had moved an hour and a half away but went back to purchase my van. The hitch had not come in until the Saturday I was supposed to pick it up. I HATEEEE CAR BUYING, but this time it was Easy & Fun! So, I absolutely loathe car buying. I'm cheap and I am very old school and believe there is an art to negotiation. However, my husband and I needed a new family vehicle and I stumbled across Sheboygan Chrysler on the Car Guru app. We found exactly what we were looking for and made a 3 hour trek from our house to look at it. I thought it would be a waste of time and I'd be unhappy but the dealership & our salesperson was absolutely AMAZING to work with!! We did the entire deal (test driving, financing, etc) all in 1 day and even though it was a long day in the end we go EXACTLY what we wanted and we are VERY VERY happy! I am a person who will only go back if I am treated well and I have a feeling I am going to buy more vehicles in years to come from this business!! Memorial Day Shopping -Brett D I recently had back surgery and was looking to get into a vehicle that was easier to get into. I was disappointed that my first choice did not work ou I recently had back surgery and was looking to get into a vehicle that was easier to get into. I was disappointed that my first choice did not work out as I was upside down by a sizeable amount and figured this was not going to happen. Ryan and his management team worked their magic and showed me a Jeep that could possibly work out. Ryan allowed me the time to learn and test drive this Jeep and allowed the Jeep to sell itself to me. No big sales gimmicks or tricks. Kudos Ryan. The next steps both Randy and Jennifer had "Mission Impossible" with my situation. Even on a holiday they did the hardest work and kept reassuring me they could work my situation. Final result was "Mission Impossible" completed and I drove off the lot with my Jeep. The staff all around is great and honestly I almost feel like family when I walk through the door either when buying, having service or maintenance done. The Service Dept. has also been just great every time I come in. I really highly recommend Sheboygan Chrysler. If you need a good sales guy go see Joel he will not steer you wrong. He is a straight shooter. Randy as a Sales Manager is Great too. I truly feel like I can trust all of the staff however Joel, Randy & Tim in Financing have all done me right on my last 3 trucks.
