Went above and beyond I had moved an hour and a half away but went back to purchase my van. The hitch had not come in until the Saturday I was supposed to pick it up. The techs stayed the extra time to install it (5 hours past their close time of Noon on Saturday for the Service Department). Saved me from making multiple trips to get my new car. More
