I ordered a new vehicle had a certificate that I told the salesman should be locked in as part of Sold Order Protection (locking in incentives at time of order). He insisted it wouldn't be an issue to add t salesman should be locked in as part of Sold Order Protection (locking in incentives at time of order). He insisted it wouldn't be an issue to add the certificate when the vehicle arrived. When the truck arrived, the system wouldn't let him add the $1000 certificate. The dealership made no serious effort to fix their mistake, and offered only $500 worth of "coupons". They would not give more on trade. They would not discount the truck selling price. They knew they could sell the truck for more money in this market to someone else than they did me, which in my opinion is the reason they did not make a serious effort to resolve their mistake. This is not the type of dealership you want to do business with. More

Bad Bad Experience...., was working on purchasing a vehicle. Told Omar Cortez the salesman that we were meeting with our bank on Monday (6/14/21) to finalize the financing, but he texted me on Saturda vehicle. Put me in a bad situation with my bank as now I have to tell them the deal is off. Will not try to buy a car from Sheboygan Chrysler/Chevrolet ever again, and will tell my experience to everyone I can. Guess I can't give zero stars... More
