Kyle assured me that nothing looked too serious on initial inspection, and that they would make sure it was okay. He then led me to the customer waiting area, where I waited for the shuttle service. The driver dropped me off and picked me up and he was great. Kyle called and let me know what the problem was, which was my gasket cover was leaking, and asked about me getting an oil change. He was very nice and respectful and very helpful. And then I got my car, and she was raring to go. More
