This time they treated me very poorly and angered me enough to never want to go there again. While searching for cars thru the internet, my wife and I found the same year Impala with the same trim, 2lt, as the one at Gandrud for less money. I called at 8:20 in the AM and talked to Alia Corbett to set up an appointment at 9:30. I was greeted by Todd Neils when I walked in, then greeted by Alia and was shown the car and went for a drive with Todd. Todd was very helpful during the drive, explaining the features and how to use them. It turned out that this Impala had more of the features I wanted, was more car at the same level of trim, and the price was less! I should point out that this car did have more miles than the one at Gandrud by 5000 miles. I had an Impala with 223,000 miles to trade, Gandrud was offering $75 for trade while Sheboygan offered me $1000. The people were knowledgeable and friendly. They made the experience very pleasant and I was driving home with the Impala before noon! I would definitely recommend this dealership! Thank you, Gary Riha More

The first that I wanted, I was close to getting until I asked for the CarFax and decided not to go with it. The car also was $4,000 above the Kelley Blue Blook price and the dealership wouldn’t go any lower than their listing price. I did some more searching and I found my car that was the color I like and the style. Jimmy was super patient with me throughout all of it. I felt super complicated because I’d meet with him and then go home and think for a couple days and go back and test drive a car and so on. I did feel like the warranty was being pushed on me when I said I didn’t want it and when my mom and I finally met with the guy in finance, she was able to help me tell him to take it off the final purchase. Jimmy had mine and my son’s best interest at heart right off the batt. He asked me straight up, what do you want in a car? and then asked my price range. He definitely made sure he knew what I wanted before he put me in a car to test out. He was incredibly understanding when I would say I didn’t like something or if I wanted to drive another car. It took a few weeks but Jimmy made the process easy, relaxing and even fun especially for it being my first buy. I would definitely go back to Jimmy for buying a car. More
