Best car buying experience ever! They stayed late on a Friday night to help me. I drove 2 hrs and wasnt quite prepared! They were still patient and helpful even though i was there aft They stayed late on a Friday night to help me. I drove 2 hrs and wasnt quite prepared! Love my "new" truck I contacted Sheboygan Chevy Saturday morning about a Silverado truck that I was interested in. They confirmed that the truck was still available so we I contacted Sheboygan Chevy Saturday morning about a Silverado truck that I was interested in. They confirmed that the truck was still available so we set up a time for my wife and I to look at it. They were extermely busy with customers however, Greg was able to get the truck ready for our test drive right away. We decided to go forward with the purchase and agreed to their trade in offer on our old Tahoe. Because they were so busy the finance workers had 3 other customers ahead of us before we could complete the sale. So, we got some lunch and waited for about 2 hours for our turn. That wait is really my only complaint. I was not expecting it to take that long. After the wait, Tim had our paperwork ready to go and shocked us when he said that we could drive off the lot with the truck that day. By the time we had the financing signed our "new" truck was ready to go and we transferred our belongings from our old truck to the new one. Overall it was a great experience and we love our truck. I can't wait for the running boards to come in. They will really round out the look. More

Very Bad Experience at Sheboygan Auto I have bought from them before, but sales are good now and they seem not to care about customers at the moment. This experience was HORRIBLE. They didn't contact me when the car I was waiting for came in. I called and they told me they forgot. Then they did it again. Then when I realized they forgot again, I called 3/2018 and they had one available and they quoted me $8000+ over wholesale and offered me a $200 discount. I'm done with Sheboygan Auto. I'm done with accepting poor service and attitude. No apologies from their salesperson or GM either so I notified their owner. More
