That is what convinced me to travel to the dealership. There could have been two things done better. 1) I scheduled a date and time to look at this vehicle. It would have been nice if was brought up, fueled up, and ready to test drive. 2) This was a new model year, but a dealership loaner. We were told there was a full factory warranty. However the warranty was already in effect from the time the vehicle was put in use by the dealership. More

From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted by Nathan Trottier a very friendly, knowledgeable and personable salesman. I felt taken care of and respected throughout the entire process. Basically everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was a nice environment to be in. Nathan spent as much time as I needed and was spot on helping me find a vehicle that would work for me and my family. We ended up trading in our old Van which we got a very good trade in value on and drove away in very nice, super clean, gorgeous 2015 Chevy Traverse LTZ! I'll definitely be back in the future and I'll be referring my family and friends. It was an all around great experience! More
