He applied no pressure and he spent all the time needed to answer the questions I asked , sometimes twice, because I'm 76 years old and not mechanically inclined. It was a relaxed and pleasant presentation and Rob definitely excels in the standards of salesmanship. Every one of the staff I interacted with through the process, was efficient, friendly, and very thorough. Would recommend this dealership highly to anyone looking for a good purchase. Beyond Excellent! I went in to look into a new vehicle. I started at the Chevrolet part of the lot, and was working with a person there. I decided on a Jeep, and was ab I went in to look into a new vehicle. I started at the Chevrolet part of the lot, and was working with a person there. I decided on a Jeep, and was able to continue working with the same gentleman I started with. It was great to work with some one who was interested in helping me find the vehicle I wanted, regardless of which part of the lot I was looking into. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed constant in keeping me informed and making sure I was confortable with the vehicle. He even made sure to go over everything more than once, so I left the lot with no questions or problems operating all the functions of the vehicle. It greatly impressed me that it never felt like he was forcing me into a car, or which car i would want. He listened and really did get me into the vehicle that was a perfect fit for me. And it was even better that I got to continue working with him through out. He was not only able to explain the basics of the car, but gave me details I would not have even thought of. Which made it even better, cuz then I truly knew the car I was leaving with. It never felt like a competition, which I heard was often the case going through a dealership. I will definately be returning here for my next vehicle. I am so greatful to all the work and patience they gave to me. It was my first actually new car, so I was very nervous and unsure what I was to expect and what I would end up with. But it was an amazing experience, and I'm increadibly happy and thankful for all of it. I do not remeber all of the people I worked with, with the financing and everything. But everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly. And they always brought the same gentleman back to work with me right away. I was honestly surprised, but it truly made me even more comfortable and happy. Because it truly was not a competition. And it was super pressure free. So I didnt feel like I had to hurry and get the first car I seen. Thank you so much!!! More
