Referred to Shakira I was referred to Shakira Wery by a fellow trap shooting buddy. I walked into the dealership and asked for her. She was busy with another customer. Her manager John Berger greeted me and helped me out. He asked Shakira to come say hi. She came over and I introduced myself. She apologized for being currently busy and asked me if I wanted someone else to assist me or if it would be better if I come back at another time that she could set aside to work with me. I told her and John it would be best to come back later that day. So we agreed on a time. John got me the book for the Silverado and explained some of the specials they had going on. I took the book and went to finish other stuff I had to do. I came back for my appointment at 2 pm and she was ready for me. She greeted me with a smile and welcomed me back to the dealership. She took time to really get to know what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted. She wasn't pushy about getting a certain color or options. I like the color Burgandy. She didn't have a Burgandy one with the features I wanted on the lot. She said "that was alright, we can drive one like it in a different color to make sure it has what you want. If that works out then we can find one with those options in the Burgandy color." I was shocked. She didn't mind finding me one. Well I liked the truck I test drove but it had some stuff I didn't necessarily need. So she found one at another dealer with only the options I wanted nothing extra. TOO MUCH TECHNOLOGY FOR ME! She got me a price on that vehicle. A great price too with the bed liner and assist steps. This dealership gave me a great price for my trade and gave me the option to try to sell it on my own as I had a lady that was interested. Shakira was great at making sure that I understood all my options. I agreed to the deal. She stated it would take a day or two to get the truck. It was Friday so I wouldn't hear until Monday or Tuesday. I was expecting it to take longer. She called me Monday afternoon had the truck there already. I picked my truck up on Friday so that all the accessories I wanted were installed. She spent over an hour going over the radio and other touchscreen features with me. She made sure that I knew that I could come back anytime to learn more or ask for help. This was two weeks ago. She called me a couple hours after i left to see if I had questions and has called a few times since. This is a great dealership and I am so happy I was told to go see her. If you want to purchase a vehicle from a great sales lady who will take as much time as you need go see Shakira. I will be back in the future and will send my friends and family.
