When we walked in to the dealership we were greeted by a person from the Chrysler department who immediately went to get someone to help us. We then met Paul B. who was very friendly and accommodating. He explained that the vehicle was being inspected so we did the initial paperwork and setup a time for the next day. We arrive the next day and within about an hour had the test drive completed and the rest of all the paperwork filled out. Chad in the finance department was great at helping us understand all the paperwork and what we were purchasing. Overall it was a great first time buyer experience. I was nervous going into it and by the end I was confident with my new vehicle. More
