Cheerful salesman, too long a process The salesman was a very cheery, helpful gentleman. He tried to be very accommodating to my needs. The other employees were polite and helpful as well. I came in for a test drive. I expected to spend an hour or less for something as simple as a test drive. I was at the dealership 2 hours. I found that very irritating. I've never had to spend that much time any where in order to take a 15 minute test drive. The paperwork this salesman had to do was insane. When people come in they should be told to expect 2 hours. My husband and I are diabetics. Had we known it would take so long we would have eaten and taken our medications before our visit. If the salesman had been able to tell us it would take 2 hours we would have left and come back after dinner. That information would not have affected the sale and would have made the whole process better. More

He is young but very knowledgeable about the business and the car I was looking to purchase. And he has a great personality.
