He had her do a very thorough test drive and was very knowledgeable about all the features on the vehicle. I had many conversations with Zach via phone and email to work out the purchase details. After finalizing the deal, he offered their courtesy service to deliver the vehicle right to my house. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this car buying experience. Zach was always so helpful and answered all my questions, some more than once, without a hint of impatience. He actually made the whole process FUN! When I arrived, we were approached by Tim who was very friendly, welcoming and offered to find out additional information on the Buick Lacrosse I inquired about. The other Leadership staff was also very nice to me and husband. I felt like a valued customer which was refreshing and didn't mind making a 2nd trip, (40 miles) from Milwaukee to purchase my car.
