We didn't expect to buy a car today We were talking about replacing my wife's car. I had been researching used vehicles online for a few weeks to see what was out there. We stopped in and looked, they had a quite a few on the lot. Jerry wandered out and said hi and if he could answer any questions,.absolutely no pressure. I showed him on my phone what we were looking for. He invited us in, grabbed us a couple of waters and proceeded to locate the vehicle. We went for a test drive to see if this is what my wife wanted. Jerry was very knowledgeable and gave lots of useful information. Well, they gave us a very respectful trade in price. We were in and out in a couple hours and bought a new car. Not Pushy, Quick, and Decent Service I was on the hunt for a new vehicle as mine was aging and starting to wear out. I initially came into the Chevy dealership in hopes that I could test I was on the hunt for a new vehicle as mine was aging and starting to wear out. I initially came into the Chevy dealership in hopes that I could test drive a few new styles of cars. I was used to driving Dodge vehicles from their other dealership. While I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, the vehicles were still not pulled out or ready for me, but Paul did go and grab two out of the three I wanted to test drive while it was down pouring out. I decided after test driving them that I wanted something a little larger. That's when I discovered a few Malibu's that were parked out front. I wanted something with low mileage and under a certain price range. Paul went to go pull up one of the Malibu's for me, but I saw a different one on the computer with lower mileage and a lower price. I was a little irritated that the one on the computer wasn't even suggested to me and that I had to see it. If I wouldn't have seen it, I wonder if I would've been told about it? To sum this review up, I purchased the Malibu that I saw on the computer. Paul is an okay sales person. I will miss my guys over on the Dodge side. More

Beyond Amazing I went into Sheboygan Chevy with no credit history and very little money a few days before turning 18 and left a week or so later with a used 2014 Jee I went into Sheboygan Chevy with no credit history and very little money a few days before turning 18 and left a week or so later with a used 2014 Jeep Patriot in pristine condition with incredibly low miles and a finance plan that suits my situation. Not only was everyone at the dealership kind, welcoming, helpful and relatable but everyone felt as though they were there to support me in my endeavors. Not everyone was directly involved in my purchase but everyone felt like a friend. Having a dealership you can relate to is so important and considering these sales associates aren’t living off of commission speaks volumes about their character. They care. If everyone had an experience like I had, buying a first car wouldn’t be considered such an intimidating concept. I’m very lucky to have had Zach Neil as my sales consultant and hope one day my children will have a first car experience like I have had. More

Great experience! We had been looking for a new SUV for a couple of months. When we arrived at this dealership, Tim greeted us warmly. He wasn’t pushy and never made us feel pressured into making a decision. We felt very comfortable with him! We knew he was going to help us find the vehicle that was right for us. The best part - we had to bring our kids along for the purchase. They are 8 and 5 and were so very bored. Everyone there was great with them - they even offered them donuts! As we worked with financing (Tim in finance was equally as awesome), we looked back and Tim was talking to our kids and watching them as they drew pictures. He could have easily ignored them, but he was fully engaged with them. Even they were impressed with the attention he gave them. What a family friendly feeling!
