From my initial contacts with Alia/Sharon via Auto Trader to my test drive with Tim to the closing wrap up with Timothy all went smoothly. Would like to have received an owners’ manual but one was not available. Alia provided me with a website where I can read the manual. Sharon was very quick to respond to my emailed questions about the car before my visit. Tim was a fairly new employee but he was quick to provide or get answers to any questions I had. And Timothy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful re the finance end. Good experience all around. More

Called and spoke with Sharon Zielke and scheduled a Tuesday morning appoi I found this Dealership through a Pre-Qualification inquiry with Capitalone. Called and spoke with Sharon Zielke and scheduled a Tuesday morning appointment. Arrived 1 hour early before appointment and was met by Tim Bertram. Tim explained the Dealerships policy for customer satisfaction and his personal commitment to customer satisfaction. Discussed what vehicle we were interested in and pre-qualified for and our needs for certain accessories (tow hitch). My wife and I test drove 2 vehicles, the original vehicle we were considering and an alternate but same/similiar make and year. After proceeding with the purchase of the alternate vehicle went to eat breakfast and decided to go with the original vehicle. Returned to the dealership with our change. Tim was very patient with us and Tim & Chad Shaw from finance worked patiently through the process of re-filing all the documents necessary to purchase the original vehicle we wanted. The ENTIRE staff is very professional. Chad in finance got us the SUV we wanted, at a slightly lower interest rate than we were Pre-qualified for and that saved us some money!!!!
