Got everything taken care of quickly, set up my glass and rust proofing schedule right away. Then on my time picked when I wanted to sign papers and purchase my new vehicle. Disappointed Very beginning had inquired about 3 vehicles that had all been sold but not removed from the website. Bounced us all around their three locations before even being able to look at a vehicle. The rep talked us into a van with a blown out back window. After putting money down, the vehicle did not pass inspection. They held our money for over a week and then pressured us into a vehicle. Thought the paperwork went smooth until I found out we were misinformed about our auto pay and had three or four late payments. Two weeks after getting the vehicle the wheel bearings went bad and we were told it was going to be $125/hour for diagnostic even though we had the vehicle for less than a month. Spoke with the manager who I never heard from again. Worst experience of my life. More

Not the best car buying experience. Found the car on the internet, received a prompt phone call from Alia. She gave me the details, and said I could stop in Monday, Labor Day, to look at it. Dealership is a 2 hour drive from our house. Monday we arrived and were approached by Aaron. I usually don't like sales people approaching and 'trying to sell' but we came for a specific car. He was unaware, but then looked it up. I would have appreciated if Alia had briefed one specific person that would have been ready and knowledgable that we were coming in. It took some time for Aaron to figure everything out and find the car. He went though his required motions and sales procedures. I was offered some food while waiting, he mentioned they had a BBQ. Thanks for the offer, but it was cold food in the break room. The big issue I had was a part that was on back order, and they would not release the vehicle until that part came in. After dealing with Dennis, he mentioned company policy and there was absolutely no way bend the rules. Well, I had just put down a deposit on a $40,000 car and it was a non-essential part, and he said it could be weeks until it came in, and I have relatives that work for GM and they said other dealerships offer a "we owe you" certificate for instances just as this. Everything seemed a little 'rushed' and 'pressured' along the way, Aaron had to hand me off to several other people to get answers. And not even offering to throw something small in for the trouble, or trying to come to a resolution. Just straight out. Sorry, that's how it is! In the end it worked out, and the car is very nice. I just don't feel like I was taken care of as well as I could have been for a customer purchasing an expensive vehicle. I did not choose Sheboygan Chevrolet, they just randomly had the car I was looking for. But I probably would not go out of my way or recommend them for a nice buying experience. More

I love the fact that the dealership staff is salaried rather than only paid a commission! (Who could work out a budget without knowing their income?) Greg had exactly what I wanted, let me take it for a test drive, and got Tim Hill [Finance Office] to do the paperwork. Neither of them hurried us, or was evasive in any way.
