He told me about the specific features in all of the vehicles. Connor went the extra mile: confirming appointment times, by cleaning my license plates (removing old stickers), putting the old plates on the new car, saving my car wash prepaid window stick, finding my manuals, OnStar and radio set up, finding chairs for my entire family, bring refreshments to everyone, and setting up our phones in the Bluetooth (hands free) system. All of my follow up questions were answered promptly with a phone call or text. I love the roadside assistance and towing included with the lifetime (unlimited mileage) warranty for an additional fee, but to have peace of mind, it is a high priority for my family and me.
