I was then set up with my salesman Tim Bertram who greeted me at the door! He showed me the exact car that I wanted to look at and didn't try to upcharge me on anything. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with all of the features. He was with me the entire time! He helped me set up everything he possibly could with my new Equinox. He was very laid back and never pushy!! He made all of that time pass so quickly and made a customer for life with me! Paul worked on my financing and did absolutely everything he could to make the deal work with my financing. He spent several hours working with Capital One and worked extremely hard to get me exactly what I wanted. He did an awesome job too! Even the people I wasn't working with directly were nice too!! Overall, I feel like everyone was top notch and HONEST!! I have dealt with many dealerships and this one tops the list.
