Looked online prior to going to the dealership and asked Steve for help, he was more then willing to. After sending him some information he asked me when I was free and got me in almost immediately! Oh Yeah - The Right Choice! Let me start by saying that there was zero compensation for writing this review. However, I just left with a hefty monthly payment, a fantastic vehicle, a salesman that I will recommend (shoutout Zach Neil) to everyone, and the comfort of knowing that this is the only place that I should ever purchase a vehicle from. I never envisioned getting rid of my other vehicle, especially due to the amazing black rims and easy to navigate features. She sure was a pretty looking vehicle and I loved it. My husband had plans for more seating and a little larger SUV. He sought out on the hunt to make his ridiculously picky and naysaying wife agree on the new "whip." From the moment of being dragged in after finding "the one" Zach was absolutely phenomenal. He was authentic, understanding, he listened, and was honest. We were able to converse about life and create a genuine rapport while accomplishing the task of suckering me into a new vehicle. Not to mention, he put up with us. He put up with our 6 year old trying to play "negotiator" to drive a hard bargain deal, he checked in on us multiple times following the sale and continues to be a model employee that I would suggest everyone work with. Zach Neil deserves a raise just for dealing with me and my family - we are A LOT. Most importantly, this facility is full of wonderful employees that have the customers' best interest at heart. There is nowhere else anyone should look for a vehicle. They can facilitate the needs for any and every desire. They are simply the best. More

I made an appointment with the service department and at the same time began reviewing my options for a new vehicle. Friday afternoon Shakira Wery arranged a thoughtful test drive for me on the Monday morning I was to drop off the vehicle. She also arranged for a sales person to meet with me. There was a finely coordinated effort by the entire Sheboygan Chevrolet team to help me with the information I needed to make my decision (cost of repairs, value of old vehicle, new vehicle options and pricing, and payment options available at time of purchase). The lack of pressure on their part offered me the opportunity review all information, drive and examine multiple vehicles, allowing me to make the best decision form my needs. I have been a customer of this dealership for 40 years. This transaction was typical of the service I have received over that time whether a simple or major repair, question, oil change, or new vehicle purchase. I always feel recognized and well taken care of. More
