We purchased our Yukon from Sheboygan Chevy. Our salesman was Steve Dewey. Our next vehicle we be bought at Sheboygan Chevy and we will make sure our salesman is Steve. I went to look for a place to buy my new silverado. I went looking 3 different places to buy one. After talking to Steve I was very happy with the friendly personality,and the way they bend over backward went looking 3 different places to buy one. After talking to Steve I was very happy with the friendly personality,and the way they bend over backwards to please you. 2 years later I went back to buy a different vehicle for my wife. Steve didn't change at all. Still has that friendly personality. I have always had my vehicles worked on by Sheboygan Chevrolet, even when I didn't buy them there. They are number One in service. everyone in the customer service is friendly, and will tell you the truth about whats wrong.It looks like I will return there to buy my next car or truck, I hope Steve will be working there yet. We have purchased vehicles from Steve for some time now. Overall I would tell you that Steve is the one I go to when ever we are buying a new vehicle. I was surprised by the visit I had at Sheboygan Chevy. It was the best experience I have ever had a car dealership. I went in with the expectation I would be hassled or forced into buying something that I wa was the best experience I have ever had a car dealership. I went in with the expectation I would be hassled or forced into buying something that I was not sure about or ready to buy, especially being a woman going into a dealership. I was worried I would be getting something that did not satisfy my needs. From the time I got there til the time I left, it was the best experience. There customer service was outstanding. I walked in and was not greeted by pushy salesmen. They greeted me and then worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my specific nots, not one that met their sales agenda. I thought my only option was to purchase a used car as that would be the best value to meet my needs. They presented me with facts and information and I found a new car that suits my needs better than any used car would have. I didn't know I had the option of a new car. I thought my budget would be too tight for a new car but they worked with me to find something that met my needs both with the vehicle and financially. I couldn't believe the great customer service I received. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and I already have. I used to be a loyal customer to another dealership in the area but from now on I will always do my business at Sheboygan Chevrolet. No one else in the area compares to the experience I had with them. More

As women know going into a car dealership can be very intimidating. When I was at Sheboygan Chevrolet they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They did not try to intimidate me or push me into p intimidating. When I was at Sheboygan Chevrolet they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Couple of hours after picking up new vehicle, tire pressure warning came on. Returned to dealership, service dept took care of problem. Following day, salesman called to check on the problem.
