My experience quick and easy, negotiations were fair and reasonable, which made my whole experience pleasurable. I don't care to play games in negotiations and Sheb. I've been buying cars for over 30 years and I've dealt with dozens of dealerships, and I can honestly say I've had bad experiences with 95% of them. From pushy Salesman to condescending Finance Managers with dozens of dealerships, and I can honestly say I've had bad experiences with 95% of them. From pushy Salesman to condescending Finance Managers to incompetent Mechanics - I've seen it all. Heck, I would rather have had a root canal than go car shopping. So I never thought that some day I'd be sitting at my computer typing something nice about a car dealer. A number of years ago I stopped in at Sheboygan Chevrolet, bought a truck, and much to my surprise, I had a great buying experience. Now, years later and few more car purchases from them, I continue to have pleasant car buying experiences. I've never been pushed into buying a car or offered some insulting lowball offer for my trade-in's. And if you can't afford or just don't want some of the extras they offer, they graciously accept your answer and move on. They won't try and make you feel like you're an idiot for not wanting fabric protection(unlike so many other dealers I've had the displeasure of doing business with). My latest purchase was a 2011 Malibu. Our salesman Alex has been great(Thank You Alex)and everything was smooth sailing in the finance office. They even beat the interest rate on the loan that was offered by my Bank. (Thanks Adam) And finally, when they found out my Wife and I were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary, they threw in something extra as an anniversary gift. How awesome is that? Thank you Sheboygan Chevrolet! When the subject of car buying comes up, I always recommend you to my friends and family. More

I visited four dealers and told everyone one of them that I was going to buy a truck this week. Sheboygan Auto was the last of the four. I was trading in a 1998 Ranger and told all dealer what Kelly Blue Boo I was going to buy a truck this week. Sheboygan Auto was the last of the four. I was very pleased to drive away in the 2004 Ranger that I drove all the way from Oshkosh to check out. Best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had! Steve was great, very helpful, genuine, not pushy. I drove 340 miles round trip to purchase my new Terrain and would do so again in a heartbeat. They handled all the financing for me, gave me a great trade for my old car, and gave me a great option to switch the cloth seats for leather so my new car would be exactly what I wanted. This purchase was a long time affair and Luke was the individual that was patient with the overall process. Steve is great. Steve drove to my workplace to pick up my car. It needed some repairs and I've not had the time to get to the service department. He picked it up, brought it to the dealership and return my car. It needed some repairs and I've not had the time to get to the service department.
