There were no surprises about the car when i made my final decision to buy, and took it home. Luke was so willing to work around my schedule and make sure everything was EXACTLY what i wanted. Robert worked with me to get an awesome deal on the interest rate for my loan. Luke and Robert were just as excited as i was to purchase my first new vehicle, it was really encouraging. I also appreciated that my vehicle was ready to take home as soon as i signed the papers! No additional waiting to be detailed or washed!! Luke then took me to the gas station, filled up my gas tank, and congratulated me as i drove away very happy in my new purchase. And to top it off, he still checks in weekly to make sure I'm loving my car! (of course I am!) He also is very willing to answer any questions i have, even the simple ones about taking my car through the car wash. He was very professional on the phone. I explained to him that we would like to come in and test drive the vehicle and asked that he could have it ready for us and he did exactly as we asked. When we got there, he introduced us to Luke Dandulan who was a certified GM salesman. What a great guy! He went through everything on the vehicle from front to back. He explained what every button was and how they all worked---and there were a lot of them! After we took it for a test drive we knew this was our vehicle. Another valueable feature they offered was the extended GM warranty on used vehicles. It is an added bonus to an already great deal! Luke explained to us that we could take our vehicle to any GM dealer to get free oil changes and tire rotations. It was nice they understood we wouldn't be making the trip back to Sheboygan to have this work done and encouraged us to use the dealership closest to us. Once our paperwork was complete, Luke helped us set up the bluetooth, which was something new to us, and even program the navigator to help us get home! On the way home, I had a questions about two of the features and called the dealership. Luke took my phone call and immediately answered both questions I had. This was by far the best and easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I had done some research online ahead of time for several dealerships, due to wanting to stay in a defined price range and experience I've ever had. I had done some research online ahead of time for several dealerships, due to wanting to stay in a defined price range and also due to not wanting to buy brand new at this time. Website very easy to navigate, description(s) of vehicles excellent, with lots of photos and estimated gas mileage for each. Upon arriving at the dealership the salesperson (John Rodewald) sat me down with a written form that detailed exactly what I was looking for. At that point I narrowd it down to 2 options, both the same year, make and model. Only difference was one had lower mileage and the other had a sunroof. I test-drove both of them and decided on the one with the sunroof. Paperwork was easy as I was paying cash, no financing. The vehicle had a few minor issues (scratches) that were nicely taken care of and it was ready for me to pick up before the requested day. An assistant manager gave me his cell phone number so I could call with any questions or concerns after I picked up the vehicle. Since then there has been two phone calls asking if I was happy with the car and making sure I was happy. I am! Left my home at 4;20pm, drove a half-hour to the dealership and by 5;30pm I was signing the papers. Oh...they also asked me what dollar amount I would like for what I was trading in and I was given $1000 above that. Slightly more than 1 hour from start to finish. This is the professional, courteous way that car-buying should be. More

I came to test drive the Jeep and loved it needless to say I did buy it and Steve was very helpfull in the process, he has helped me out with some other minor glitches with the Jeep also.
