When my car was totaled and I needed to buy a new one I shopped around all the local dealers and decided to return to Sheboygan Chevy and deal specifically with Luke Danduran. Luke helped me with the purchase of my first new chevy and now my second. His personal service more than exceeded my expectations and can only be described as AWESOME! Luke worked so hard to find me just the car I wanted even when there were very few left and at a fantastic price. He ensured that I got all the available incentives plus gave me extra cash off because I was disappointed at first to not get a 2012 Cruise and instead got a 2011. Luke has more than made up for my disappointment and I am so happy with my new car. Luke arranged a free loaner until my new car came in and even delivered it to my home. He came by my house to reprogram my bluetooth, saving me the time and gas to go to the dealer. And when I was unhappy with a small defect in the wiper blades he even came to my house and swapped out his own. I have never received service this fantastic! I have told all my friends and I want to tell everyone out there that if they need to buy another vehicle they most definitely should go to Sheboygan Chevy. Luke the car was as awesome as you said it was. I got my nephew to give me a ride up from Illinois to buy the car. He kept saying "I can't believe I'm driving to Sheboygan to buy a GM minivan" I told him nephew to give me a ride up from Illinois to buy the car. You took the time to take many pictures and send them to me via email. This gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right car. Fortunately, they dropped the price while we were negotiating. I didn't realize that the sales staff is salaried and that it is a "no haggle" dealership. Thank you for the tour of the facility, it is really AWESOME!
