Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac

I came up from the Rockford (IL) area after looking at a used Chrysler Crossfire on the Sheboygan Chevrolet web site. After recently having a bad experience while trying to buy a 2005 Crossfire locally in used Chrysler Crossfire on the Sheboygan Chevrolet web site. After recently having a bad experience while trying to buy a 2005 Crossfire locally in the Rockford area I was hoping for better customer service. I was pleasantly suprised when I arrived and met Bob Herzog at the dealership. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the 2004 Crossfire that I was interested in. It made for a great experience to deal with Scott Reilly the Finance guy also. He got me a good car loan with a good rate even though I am young and have never had a car loan. I did not need a co-signer! They also took my trade-in and gave me a fair price on it. I have perchased at least 8 new vehicles in my life. I have visited numerous dealerships for this last purchase and could not find anyone even close to the no haggle price of this dealership. I was never pressured by any salespersons and the whole staff treated my wife and myself with respect. Every part of the purchase questions (warranty,price,search for just the right style and features) were answered simply and clearly. We bought a GMC Sierra loaded with more features than I could imagine. When asking to show us about these features, we were surprised that the salesperson even set up things like bluetooth etc. for us. We went back to order a few more features and left the vehicle for them to install. For a loaner we were allowed to use another new GMC. I have never been treated this well by any other dealer and I have bought more than one from a few dealers. My compliments to Sheboygan Chevrolet for this service and friendliness. If you are buying a vehicle I would strongly urge you to give them a visit. More

found the truck i wanted on line.tina contacted me about my trade in and gave me a quote on what it was worth.she gave me a low and a high value and told me if the vehicle i was trading in was as i said it my trade in and gave me a quote on what it was worth.she gave me a low and a high value and told me if the vehicle i was trading in was as i said it was that i would get the high tradein.when i got to the dealership they took my car for a ride and when they came back they gave me high trade in value.i was expecting to get to get a lower trade in value and a little bit of a sales pitch,got neither.they arranged all my financing for at a great rate of 2.9% for 5 years.the whole experience was just great i would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle even though i had to travel 165 miles it was worth the experience. again thank you all for your help in my purchase. thank you LEROY More
