I came to Sheboygan Chevy from Green Bay, I will admit, I was kind of worried I wouldn't get the deal and service I wanted especially being so far away! After getting the car home, we noticed a couple minor problems, I contacted Jerry about it, and he made sure that it was fixed right away! I told him I could fix it and really didn't want to travel back to Sheboygan, Jerry got the needed parts shipped out to me right away! Then, there seemed to be a issue later that I wanted them to look at, I emailed Adam, and him and Steve took care of the issue immediately! I believe anyone can sell a car, but it takes a great dealership to provide what I believe in the most, "SERVICE AFTER THE SALE" and Sheboygan Chevy has went above and beyond my expectations of "Service After The Sale" Thanks again guys! The other "reputable" dealer was somewhat dismissive of my interest, and I left there with zero confidence and somewhat concerned that a purchase from them might leave me stranded. For me, buying a used car has always been a miserable experience. I have had dealers scoff at my budget, insult my choices, call me multiple times a day after I said I was no long interested, and try to convince me to spend more than I had on a car I didn't love. However, Steve Dewey at SA undid all those bad experiences. He was patient, respectful, calm, polite, and attentive. Steve went out of his way to help me stay within my budget, respected my choices, and was extremely thoughtful. He never pressured me to buy the car - he even helped me evaluate the two similar vehicles and objectively compare them. I am extremely pleased with SA, Mr. Dewey, and my new sexy Cadillac CTS! More

There I met John Rodewald and couldn't have had a better experience purchasing a used vehicle. John was very easy to deal with and sensitive to my situation (buying a vehicle from out-of-state). The entire process took only about 3 hours. Everyone I dealt with at Sheboygan Chevrolet was nice and made everything go so smoothly. I only marked "Price" a 4 because of my situation, driving all the way up there I was probably going to purchase that day so I didn't have much leverage in grinding John down on the price. This is the third vehicle I purchases here and the last two where from John. The first two where used vehicles and now my first ever new vehicle. The first one was a four year old 2000 Cadi Escalade and my two where from John. The first two where used vehicles and now my first ever new vehicle. The first one was a four year old 2000 Cadi Escalade and my second was a year old 2007 Silverado. Both units served me well with only normal service. Both vehicles where very clean units. The trade deals that they gave me on the 2007 for the new one was a deal I could not turn down. Now I own a new truck! I am looking forward to the next year or so too upgrade my wives vehicle.
