We were pleased that something finally got done as it said it would but I do not think we should have gone through so much to get it done. If we were trying to pull a fast one and say something is wrong with the vehicle when it is not would we really want to come all that way. We also said there was an issue with the fuel gauge as it does not work normally but were told there is nothing that could be done so thats another $250.00 out of our pockets just for parts, luckly my husband is a GM certified and can fix it or it would be more for labor and then I know it is repaired correctly. I know a lot of people and many of them will go out of their way to get great service and exactly what they are looking for. For example I know of two people recently that have gone up to 5 corners dodge and got great service and one of those people did have an issue with the vehicle mind you the vehicle was fixed with no hesitation and the dealership paid for the gas both ways. I find that as being great customer service and getting it done and making them look awsome. I can assure you I more that likely will not go out of my way or send anyone else out of there way. Which is to bad because I am looking to replace my sierra as well. I wish you all the best and hope business is great!
