The overall experience we had purchasing our used Trailblazer was much better than expected. The initial buying process was great. They run no-haggle pricing and I find that much better than the "running back to ask the manager" approach. We would just like to say how pleased we have been since using Sheboygan Chevy as our go to dealer. We have been loyal GMC owners for many years and after moving here from a large city and having to leave b using Sheboygan Chevy as our go to dealer. We have been loyal GMC owners for many years and after moving here from a large city and having to leave behind our trusted dealership, we worried that finding a new dealer that we could trust would be very hard for us. But it has been just the opposite, everyone at Sheboygan Chevy has been exceptionally nice and very professional with all aspects of our service needs. We have used the service garage on several occasions and every time they have been very courteous and helpful fixing our problems. Most recently we traded in our older GMC Sierra for a new 2013 Sierra and Bob Herzog was there every step of the way helping us with all of our needs. He is very professional in his work and has kept in contact with us making sure that everything is going ok with our new truck. He continues to let us know that if there is anything that we need help with, he is there for us. Having recently sold our 2008 GMC Yukon, we are so looking forward to coming back to Sheboygan Chevy and having Bob help us with ordering our new 2015 GMC Yukon.
