I bought a used 2006 Cadillac CTS here about a year ago from Steve Dewey. Steve was a great salesman to work with, exactly the opposite of the pushy jerk you get so often with a car salesman. He was knowledgeable about the car, but didn't try to get in the way at all of me deciding whether or not the car was right for me. And he was very friendly and personable on top of it all. The story doesn't end with the purchase though. After a few hundred miles, the engine had burnt a substantial amount of oil. Even though it was re-certified, apparently the substantial repair work that was necessary was not going to be covered by Cadillac. The dealership took it upon themselves to do some pretty expensive repair work, the only reason for which had to be that they had to make this right for me. Was it fun to have major issues shortly after I got the car? No. But all cars are, of course, imperfect machines. They could not have handled this whole story any better. Between buying the car and how they handled the issue, I have nothing but great things to say about the dealership. And I love my ride. More

He was also very personable and took the time to get to know you (which was awesome).There was also never any pressure placed on me at all. The first vehicle I was interested in was more than what I wanted to pay so Greg suggested a different vehicle that was very close to my original choice and took the time to show all the features and answer any questions I had. He also picked out my all time favorite color for a vehicle, which was a major plus. Overall he was the most respectable and sincerely kind sales representative I have ever encountered. The dealership also was very clean and all the vehicles were well maintained. Needless to say, based on the interaction I had with Greg and the dealership as a whole, I was able to take home my vehicle the same day. More

We have been looking for a vehicle for a couple of months and it seemed like a lot of the sales personnel where very concerned about the sale, but when we walked into Sheboygan Chevrolet Greg Place greeted u and it seemed like a lot of the sales personnel where very concerned about the sale, but when we walked into Sheboygan Chevrolet Greg Place greeted us with a smile. We explained we had a lease that was almost done and he explained what we had to do with the lease. Then he explained the difference between the vehicles we were looking at. Then we took it for a test drive. We emailed him questions we had about leasing again or buying the vehicle. We needed payment and leasing options on how much it would cost us a month and he got back to us on this pretty fast. He was not pushy about getting a vehicle. We had to bring our child and Greg was very patient with her and us. He gave us a tour of the dealership and explained all the options we had if we bought a vehicle at your dealership. So when we decided to buy the traverse, he explain all of the options on the protection plans we could get. He showed us all of the parts of the vehicle.
