Best Car Purchasing Experience EVER!!! I was in the market of getting a brand new car. I had gone to other dealerships in the past where I felt pressured and taken advantage of. I was sti I was in the market of getting a brand new car. I had gone to other dealerships in the past where I felt pressured and taken advantage of. I was still in college, so I wanted a reliable car within the budget that I had set. I ended up finding the car I was interested in at the Sheboygan Chevrolet Dealership. So I decided to travel 50 miles to Sheboygan to check the a car out and I was very impressed with the customer service. Steve Dewey came out and introduced himself to me. At first I gave Steve the cold shoulder. I figured he was the "Typical Sales Guy"... However after speaking with Steve for 15 minutes I felt very comfortable around him and didn't feel like he was trying to feed me a line of Sh**.... He was honest, very knowledgeable and most importantly did not pressure me into purchasing the car. It was a big purchase for me and he made sure I had time to think about the car before I committed to purchasing it. Steve went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. He showed me all the features the car had to offer. Steve also did his research to find all the rebates that I could qualify for to make the car more affordable for me. I was so amazed. Two weeks later I decided to make the "Big Purchase", so my dad (a very big, intimidating scary man) decided he needed to tag along to make sure no one was going to take advantage of his daughter.... Walking into the dealership, part of me felt very scared for the Steve and the rest of the staff since my dad was looking for any reason what so ever to dislike them. Steve and the friendly staff reassured my dad that they got me the best deal on the car and that it was very reliable. My dad walked into the dealership with a stone cold look on his face and left with a smile knowing the sales group at Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac were honest and genuine. Steve still stays in contact with me to see how the car is running and if I had any issues or questions. Steve is by far the best car sales guy i've ever dealt with and I look forward to many more purchases through Steve Dewey and the Sheboygan Chevrolet Dealership!!! More

There was no pressure and no run around and everyone in the dealership worked above and beyond my standards to get me what I wanted. All THEY wanted me to commit to was how much I was willing to have as a monthly payment and then would do their numbers "hocus pocus" to try to make it look like I was getting some sort of deal. Steve showed me the numbers right from the beginning and I didn't feel as if he was trying to screw me and he was not. Honest...straight forward...no bull. It was refreshing to finally be at a dealership where I didn't feel like I was trapped and forced to listen to a bunch of people with high pressure sales tactics. I would and have recommended Steve to several people when they said they were looking for a new vehicle. So. Instead of buying a leftover last years model from another dealership, I was able to purchase a brand new truck for less than the left over, was given more for my trade in, and paid less for the new one!
