The price of the trade went up when I could have been held hostage to the lower value. I arrived 2 hours early and Salesman, Frank Bittner could not handle my sale as he had two other sales pending. He arranged other staff to handle the test drive, financing, trade, and paperwork as if I arrived on schedule. Everyone was helpful, professional and pleasant. I truly left the dealership feeling better about the sale than when I arrived. More
